Refund and Cancellation Policy
When refunds are given for programs and workshops.
Paid workshops
Workshop fees are non-refundable once your registration is confirmed, because seats are limited and joining details are shared right away.
If we cancel a workshop and cannot offer a new date that suits you, you will get a full refund.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice, or money was taken but your registration wasn’t confirmed, contact us with your order reference. We will verify it and refund the extra payment.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, through Razorpay.
