Privacy Policy
What personal information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you register or contact us, we collect your name, email address and phone/WhatsApp number, plus any message you send.
Payment details are collected and processed by Razorpay. We only receive a payment reference and its status.
How we use it
To confirm your registration, send joining details and reminders, provide support, and tell you about future SKILO programs. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
Advertising and analytics
We use the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform. It may set cookies and share events such as page views and completed purchases with Meta.
Sharing
We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the services that help us run the workshop: Razorpay for payments, Google for storing registrations and sending email, and Meta for ad measurement.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information. Email skiloacademy@gmail.com or call +91 98339 49942, or use the contact form on our website.
